  Horrible to deal with, no one ever calls you back, they charged me 4000 for insurance even though I provided all information when I changed insurances. I didn't authorize this charge and provided them with the information when they asked for it. The process of attempting to get a refund has not been easy. Looking into small claims court and refinancing through another credit union.

  I'm not usually one to complain and this is my first time leaving a review. That being said, as a business owner this is the worst bank i have ever dealt with. They are very rude, and the customer service was the worst i have ever had to deal with. All of the employees I dealt with had an attitude and were very disrespectful. I'm a small business owner and my time is very valuable not only to me but my employees and my customers and i was held up over something irrelevant to the check cashing process. The way I was treated was unacceptable in any field of work. I tried contacting a manager and they would not give me that information. I would not recommend using this bank and my company will not be accepting checks from them as well.
