- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've been a member here for over 13 years and it seems to get worse every year. The tellers are rude and always mess up my transactions. They seem to really hate their jobs and it's frustrating. I don't need tellers to say Hi or bye (which they never do here) so that's fine but at least pay attention to what you're doing. I don't trust any of them. I'm currently looking for another bank or credit union because this one is just not working. Don't expect anyone to care since I've complained multiple times about them giving out my information to other individuals or someone else's information to me and they have yet done anything about it. I don't need someone knowing my balance if they are not on my account and vise versa. Honestly, this credit union should be shut down!By Corazon Lopez, October 02, 2016
